This site (move.jwillsoldit.com) is the Smart Move intake for Joey Williams, a licensed Texas real estate agent with the Christin Rachelle Group. This page explains, in plain language, what information the site collects and what happens to it.

What we collect

• Contact information you type into the form: your name, email address, and phone number, plus your preferred contact method and best time to reach you.
• Your move preferences: the answers you choose in the intake — route type (rent, buy, sell, commercial), timeline, budget range, target areas, property criteria, and anything you type into open text fields.
• Basic submission details: the date and time you submitted, whether you were on mobile or desktop, your browser's user-agent string, and — if you arrived from an ad or social link — standard campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source or fbclid) so we know which ad brought you here.

The site does not use advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or cookies for tracking, and it does not collect your precise location.

How we use it

• To have Joey review your Smart Move Brief and follow up with you about your move, using the contact method you chose.
• To prepare for that conversation — for example, matching your criteria against available properties or preparing a market analysis.

That's it. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it goes

• Your submission is stored in HubSpot, the customer relationship system Joey uses to manage clients.
• A copy of your brief is emailed to Joey as an instant alert through Resend, an email delivery service.

Both services process the data on our behalf to make the follow-up work; they are not permitted to use it for anything else.

Partial submissions

If you complete the contact step but don't finish the full form, the contact details you provided may still be saved so Joey can follow up. If you'd rather he didn't, just say so when he reaches out — or contact us using the details below.

Your choices

• You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time.
• You can opt out of further contact with a single reply — text STOP, reply "unsubscribe," or just say "not interested."
